One on One Training
Train in Person at the Studio. You will have your own Personal program created by our Certified trainer. Depending on your Personal requirements the program can test your fitness both Strength and Cardio and can include a mixture of Resistance and Cardio exercises with a variety of equipment.
Sessions are 1 hour and cost $70
One on One Training Online
Train via Zoom or FaceTime. Training can vary depending on your requirements. Depending on your environment and access to equipment.

Small Group Training (Max 6 People)
A mixture of Resistance and Boxing training the small group sessions are run on Tuesday and Thursday at 5.45pm. The sessions are intense and fun. No more than 6 people attend each session a nice addition to your Personal Training sessions if you like mixing up your training and training with other people.
Sessions are 1 hour and cost $30
